Return & Refund Policy

At Amir Nutrition, we care about customer satisfaction, product quality, and safety. Because supplements, vitamins, and nutrition products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive items, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item was damaged upon delivery

• The item was defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• The product seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with

• The product has been used, even once

• The return request is due to a change of mind or personal preference

• The customer ordered the wrong item by mistake

• The return request is made after the allowed return period

• The item is not in its original condition and packaging

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened

• The original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

• Proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice, must be provided

• The customer must return the item after approval and share the tracking number

Return Shipping & Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If a return is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount unless the mistake was from our side

• The item must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval

• A valid tracking number must be shared with our support team

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

• If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method

• Original delivery fees are not refundable, unless the error was caused by Amir Nutrition
